Personalized Florida telehealth
TRT care built around the patient—not a preset protocol.
Work directly with Samuel W. Ranney, PA-C, through evaluation, prescribing, lab review, follow-up, and protocol adjustments. Treatment is considered only when clinically appropriate.
What evaluation looks like
A diagnosis is not based on one symptom or one number.
Labs are one part of the evaluation. Individual symptoms and medical history also matter. Laboratory values are used as clinical tools—not as the sole determining factor. Responsible care starts with context.
History and goals
Discuss symptoms, medical history, fertility plans, prior treatment, medications, lifestyle, and what you expect from care.
Appropriate laboratory testing
Baseline testing is selected based on your history. Recent results may be accepted after review when they are complete and clinically useful.
Risk-and-benefit discussion
Review the results, discuss alternatives, expected monitoring, potential risks vs benefits, and whether treatment makes sense for you.
How it works
A straightforward path from questions to ongoing care.
No salesperson, intake closer, or rotating pool of providers. The person you meet is the person responsible for your clinical care.
- Free consultation. Meet Samuel by secure video to discuss your situation and determine whether further evaluation makes sense.
- Baseline review. Complete appropriate testing at a nearby laboratory or submit recent results for review.
- Clinical decision. Review results, lifestyle recommendations, and treatment options if appropriate.
- Ongoing management. When prescribed, treatment is monitored through symptoms, follow-up visits, laboratory testing, and protocol review.
Ongoing program
What ongoing care includes.
The focus is continuity and meaningful symptom improvement: direct access, appropriate monitoring, and protocol adjustments based on the full clinical picture rather than chasing a single laboratory value.
Clinical management
- Prescription management when indicated
- Routine refills and treatment supplies
- Protocol adjustments based on response
Monitoring
- Required follow-up TRT laboratory testing
- Review of symptoms and adverse effects
- Additional testing when clinically necessary
Direct access
- Unlimited scheduled follow-up consultations
- Call, text, and email Samuel directly
- Messages may be sent at any time and are typically answered within 24 hours
How care is managed
Built to evolve with the patient.
TRT is not a one-time prescription or a fixed protocol. The plan is reviewed and adjusted as your needs and response change.
No preset dose or “set it and forget it” dosing
Initial protocols are based on individual symptoms, labs, history, and goals. Protocols evolve over time based on the patient’s needs and response.
No routine “extras”
Additional medications are not automatically added simply because a patient starts TRT. Protocols are individually adjusted to reduce the unnecessary use of ancillary medications.
No overnight results
TRT is not an overnight fix. Benefits take time, and treatment must be complemented by appropriate training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
Not just TRT
Follow-up consultations may also include discussions about nutrition, training, recovery, and supplementation.
Active-patient benefit: Active TRT patients may qualify for preferred pricing on additional laboratory testing, medications, and programs when clinically appropriate.
Start with a conversation
Talk directly with the provider before deciding.
The consultation is free, requires no credit card, and gives you an opportunity to ask direct questions without committing to treatment.
