What does “all-inclusive TRT” mean?
Everything routinely required for your TRT protocol is covered. Once enrolled in an active TRT subscription, there are no separate routine charges for testosterone medication and refills, injection supplies, medication delivery, required routine follow-up labs, ongoing treatment management, or scheduled follow-up consultations.
Is the level of care different with the annual plan?
No. Monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions include the same TRT treatment, monitoring, follow-up care, and direct provider access. The only difference is how frequently you prefer to be billed.
Are follow-up visits really unlimited?
Yes. Unlimited scheduled follow-up consultations are included for active patients. Patients also have direct text and email access to Samuel for treatment-related questions.
Do I need a credit card to schedule the initial consultation?
No. The initial telemedicine consultation is complimentary, requires no credit card, and does not obligate you to enroll in treatment.
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for treatment?
Yes. If your HSA or FSA account includes a debit card, you can use that card to pay for your Unleashed Medical treatment. This can make it convenient to use available healthcare funds toward your TRT care. HSA and FSA rules can vary by plan, so patients should confirm eligibility with their plan administrator when needed.
Do I have to pay for a full year?
No. Monthly and quarterly billing options are available. Annual billing simply provides the lowest effective monthly rate. You may change your plan at any time.
Are discounted TRT rates available?
Reduced rates are available for eligible U.S. military Veterans and first responders. We also offer discounts for TRT transfer patients. Ask about eligibility during your free consultation.
Does booking a consultation guarantee that I will receive TRT?
No. Testosterone therapy is available only after an appropriate medical evaluation and when treatment is clinically appropriate. The consultation is an opportunity to discuss your history, symptoms, goals, testing, treatment options, and questions before making any commitment.
